The Green Fairy

Botanically fermented, this historically famed spirit was flavoured using grand wormwood, sweet fennel and green anise, which gave the liquor its iconic colouring. Used by artists of the time, Absinthe was nicknamed the ‘Green Fairy’ as the high alcohol content would often cause hallucinations and was therefore said to inspire and influence.
